THE REFLECTIONS OF GENDER EQUALITY POLICIES ON MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES: AN ANALYSIS OF A FIVE-YEAR PERIOD
Keywords:
Gender Equality Policies, Management Strategies, Sustainability Reports, Annual ReportAbstract
The aim of this study is to understand the changes in management strategies over the years influenced by gender equality policies implemented within the scope of gender equality. In this regard, a study has been carried out specifically with EnerjiSA as an example. The study looks at how management strategies such diversity and inclusion, leadership development, hiring and placement, employee benefits, career development, workplace enhancement, and corporate social responsibility are incorporated with gender equality policies that EnerjiSA has put in place. A document analysis approach was used in this study. The conclusions of study show that throughout time, management methods have incorporated gender equality-related activities more and more. These procedures are starting to appear more frequently in decision-making processes. Given these results, it would seem reasonable to say that policies focused on gender equality create the framework for long-term, sustainable adjustments to management practices. The study's conclusions are regarded as a guide for businesses looking to successfully combine managerial strategies with gender equality policies.
